Thank you to all those who took part in the recent pay ballot. 

The ballot closed on Tuesday, 19 July at 12 noon.

The results as follows:

For rejection of the offer - 27.5%
For acceptance of the offer - 72.5%

We have written to CAA management today advising them of the ballot result.

The negotiating team will be seeking meetings to discuss the outstanding issues relating to the Redundancy, Relocation, T&RE and Employee Relations Policy.
