NATS Pay ballot result

Thank you to all those who took part in the recent 2011/2012 pay ballot. 

The ballot closed on Friday, 9th September at 12 noon.

Details of the results are as follows:

  • For rejection of the offer - 15.3%
  • For acceptance of the offer - 84.7%
  • Total ballot papers received - 71.7%

We have informed NATS management of the ballot result and expect that the increase in 2011 pay will be implemented in September salaries and will include any appropriate back pay.
