Please note elections took place in other councils in the region, including Bolton, Burnley, Chester city, Congleton, Crewe & Nantwich, Ellesmere Port & Neston, Halton, Hyndburn, Knowsley, Liverpool, Macclesfield, Oldham, Pendle, Preston, Rochdale, Rossendale, Salford, Sefton, St. Helen's, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford, Warrington, West Lancashire, Wigan and Wirral. However no candidates elected in these councils responded to our questions.
