At the annual Trades Union Congress for 2009 we led the way in asking for job security and a fair deal for public sector workers.

The annual congress is the UK’s largest gathering of trade union activists. Each year motions are put to the congress asking for the trade union movement to take action.

As ever PCS was there fighting for our members.

We are moved an emergency motion to the congress on cuts to the civil service compensation scheme and seconded a motion on the public sector and the economy.
