The wellbeing principles, demands and materials can be used at all levels of the union, from individuals seeking to protect or adjust working conditions in local workplaces through to national negotiations with the Cabinet Office.

You can help protect and improve working conditions by getting involved in campaigns at local, branch and group level.

If you hear of changes which you think may be a threat to terms and conditions, or if you hear of good practice that you would like to see introduced, get in touch with your local rep to find out how to raise these issues.

Members wanting to campaign on well-being topics in their workplaces should contact their branch or group for more information.

Activists with concerns about what’s happening in their areas should contact their bargaining units so that developments can be monitored and acted upon at national level.
