Wellbeing at work

The PCS Well-being at Work campaign, based on the extensive Whitehall ll study of health at work, aims to resist the attacks on good personnel practice that have resulted from the government’s efficiency agenda and to improve policies, procedures and working conditions for all members across the public and commercial sectors of the union.

Developed through the national Personnel Policy Forum, the campaign focuses on four strands:

 

Further resources will be developed to assist with negotiating and campaigning on the Skills Strategy for Government and on rights and support for carers.
