Welcome to the Capgemini page on our PCS website.

PCS is our voice in the workplace at Capgemini. By being involved in our union we have the opportunity together to resolve issues through discussion and negotiation. By doing this as a group we are more effective than as individuals.
 

PCS has full collective bargaining rights for staff on Capgemini contracts who were transitioned into the company via civil service employment and have chosen to retain their terms and conditions.

We also seek to reflect the concerns of members on all sets of terms on the Aspire contract through the company's Aspire forum, where we have a reserved seat as well as several PCS members who were successful in direct forum elections among the entire workforce.

In addition all members will have the support of their union in any workplace problems they may encounter.

Our aspiration is to extend the range of collective bargaining to include other areas of the workforce.

The full time officer is Chris Morrison based at Capgemini in Telford:

Chris's role is to provide advice, assistance and support to PCS representatives at Capgemini.
