Conference motions

Motions submitted to the Standing Orders Committee (SOC) by branches by the deadline of Thursday 5 March 2009.

You can read the motions grouped into sections to the right of this page which are categorised as "A" marked by the SOC and will be scheduled for debate at conference.

Branches which submitted motions not listed here may still have their motions heard by moving "reference back" of the report and convincing the SOC to move their motion to category A.

Paper copies of the SOC report have been sent to every PCS rep with additional copies to each branch secretary. Further paper copies can be obtained by contacting the PCS Office in Leeds.
