English Heritage industrial action ballot result
The result of the ballot for industrial action is as follows:
- 76% for industrial action
- 23% against industrial action
- 1% spoilt papers and adjustments to 100%
- 84% for industrial action short of a strike
- 15% against industrial action short of a strike
- 1% spoilt papers and adjustments to 100%
So a strike is on unless English Heritage respond with a significantly improved pay offer.
The final decision on which day(s) will be made at an emergency branch meeting on Thursday 16 July.
