Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password please complete this form and enter a new password. You will then be able to login to the PCS website with your new password. Your password should be more than 6 characters long and should contain a mix of letters and numbers.

Your membership number can be found on your membership card or on a label for PCS View. It is seven digits long. It may begin with some zeros to 'pad' it out to seven digits.

Your NI number will be nine characters long. Do not put spaces between any characters.
