Midlands Equality Networks

Equal opportunity, equal treatment and the fight against unfair discrimination at work are the foundation of trade union activity.

In PCS we strive to ensure that no member of a minority group is discriminated against. Members of these groups are currently under-represented in our union’s structures and are encouraged and supported to play a full and active role.

There are networks for black, disabled, and lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans members (PROUD), young members, and associate and retired members.
