HMCS is an executive agency of the Ministry of Justice and comprises over 700 crown, county and magistrates’ courts in England and Wales, the Royal Courts of Justice group whose role includes the administration of the Court of Appeal, High Court and Probate Service.
PCS has members working in virtually every HMCS location.
These courts are central to the justice system and handle criminal, civil and family cases.
