Eligibility. A person can be nominated for more than one post provided they are eligible. For branch representatives for a constituency, the nominee, proposer and seconder must be from that constituency. Members can propose or second themselves. Nominees for conference need not be committee members or representatives, nor does election to one of the committee posts preclude election as a delegate. However auditors cannot be BEC members or vice versa.
