Notes on completion of the notification form:

It is a constitutional requirement that the result of the elections is notified to the union.

Please fill in as much of the form as possible and write clearly as small errors in such things as email addresses can invalidate the process.

You do not need to complete the details where the group directory is correct. In such cases just write ‘As Directory’ in the appropriate section.

Where a post is vacant please write ‘Vacant’ in the appropriate section.

Note if no branch secretary is notified then another branch officer will be listed as acting secretary to ensure that important branch circulars are received by the branch.
