Instructional Officers management practices document
This management practices document (MPD) identifies specific terms and conditions of employment applicable to the specialist instructional officer (SIO) Group. The MPD has been agreed by the ministry of defence (MOD), the public and commercial services Union (PCS) and the MOD SIO policy committee; and applies to all MOD staff employed within the SIO Group.
The MPD should be issued to every instructional officer. Unfortunately, there has been instances where this has not been the case.
