Last year our union issued a circular that requested details of branches with Air command establishment within their structure along with details of local focal points.

Unfortunately the response was not as good as we expected. The consequence was that Air command PCS Whitley trade union delegates had some difficulty engaging with branches particularly on some key issues i.e. PR10 initiatives.

The PCS Air command team feel that it is vital that PCS membership involves itself in the changes and that they have the opportunity to influence the final outcome. Air command PCS team needs this information so that we can provide you with information as quickly as possible and receive feedback from you on key issues.

We are also keen to establish an engagement plan for our members working on USAF bases especially with Colin Cunningham who has joined the team and has experience of working on USAF bases. Therefore if you have a USAF base in the Branch structure could you also identify some key issues for the PCS delegation to consider.
