MOD guard service (MGS) quarterly meeting

The next MGS quarterly meeting has been scheduled to take place in Room 4.4 at PCS HQ on Thursday, May 13 2010, beginning at 10:30 and concluding around 15:30.

Each MoD branch is invited to send one representative to this meeting. Those who attend must be members of the MoD guard service.

It is hoped that the MoD group president will chair the meeting. The group secretary and GEC members with MGS/MDPGA responsibilities will also be in attendance, as will non-GEC members of the national joint consultative committee.

An agenda will be issued at a later date but will include PR10 and the future of the MGS/MDPGA, ART consultation, and annual leave. Please notify Steve Robinson by email to DESHROps-PCS-AGS@mod.uk of any additional items you wish to have included on the agenda.

MGS group managers will be encouraged to release officers to attend this meeting. Travel and subsistence for each branch rep will be met from GEC funds. Any additional reps from branches must be funded from branch funds. Claim forms will be available on the day.
