This course is designed for PCS representatives who negotiate with management or have responsibility at branch or Group level for equality and diversity issues. The aims of the course are to help you to:
- understand the difference between equality and diversity,
- identify key equality issues,
- develop a basic knowledge of equal opportunities legislation,
- improve your skills and confidence when dealing with equal opportunities issues
