This course is designed for experienced reps who have a responsibility for handling employment tribunals (ETs). The course covers the whole process including:-

• Applications to ETs and CSABs, timescales, preparation for hearings, and obtaining legal advice
• Advocacy skills
• Introduction to the PCS employment law toolkit
• A chance to practice skills on actual case studies
• A visit to employment tribunal (between the 2-day sessions)
