This course is for experienced PCS reps who want to be part of the lay tutor network and become involved in the delivery of the regional training programme. The aims of the course are as follows:-

• Understand the aims and objectives of PCS training
• Understand the philosophy of PCS training
• Develop the skills needed to facilitate courses
