Union Learning Reps Stage 2 builds on the ULR Stage 1.  It looks in more depth at: working with partners, providers and employers on learning; exploring government and union learning initiatives and priorities; education systems and accessing learning; education assessment tools; developing ICT Skills; collection and process of data; tools and systems for supporting learners with information and guidance; and getting involved in adult learners' weeks.
