This 5-day course (26-28 October & 9-10 November) serves as essential training for all new PCS Learning Reps.

The course aims to help union learning reps to:

• Encourage the take up of learning in the workplace
• Help members to identify their learning and skills interests/needs
• Support members in planning and managing their learning
• Strengthen the presence of PCS in the workplace
