This is a 3-day course designed for PCS reps who have a specific role in dealing with members’ problems.

The course aims to assist you to: review workplace issues and the types of problems that members face; develop a systematic approach to handling members’ problems and develop practical interviewing and negotiation skills.

 
The course covers:
  • Identifying workplace issues
  • Using procedures and agreements
  • Taking up members’ problems
  • Interviewing members
  • Negotiating with management
  • Record keeping
