This course aims:
 

  • To help you recruit, organise and support a network of learning representatives in your branch
  • To help you negotiate on learning issues on behalf of your members
  • To help you use the learning agenda to organise in your branch
  • To understand the role and duties of a BLC


Activities include:
 

  • The role of the Branch learning Co-ordinator
  • Recruiting ULRs
  • Using procedures
  • Practice negotiations

The course will be held on Monday 1st, 8th, 15th November 2010.
