This course is designed for PCS representatives. To give a basic understanding of the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) and how it benefits disabled members at work.

The aims of the course are to:

• identify the issues of concern for disabled members
• understand the scope and limitation of the DDA
• consider how the DDA might benefit members and applicants for employment
