This two day equality course is for ALL PCS reps, you do not have to be Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual or Transgender to attend this course.

Course aims:
To give you an understanding of the issues our members face in the workplace.

Why attend this course?
Diversity and equality awareness training is a vital part of reps training. It is essential that reps understand and appreciate problems all members encounter whilst at work and as such this course is at the forefront in terms of giving up to the minute information on legislation.

What issues will you deal with on the course?
The course gives practical examples on how to deal with cases and gives you invaluable sources of information.
 

The course will be held on two consecutive Thursdays: 10 June and 17 June 2010.
