This three-day course is aimed at PCS members who hold the role of Branch Learning Coordinator or PCS Union Learning Representatives (ULRs) who wish to take on that role. Applicants should normally have completed the PCS or TUC five-day ULR course before attending this course.

Course dates are: 12, 19 and 26 April 2010.
