Last day of equality consultation

Today is the last day to lobby the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) on their strategic plan for 2012.
PCS is urging members to support the commission taking enforcement action, launching investigations, supporting cases, running a helpline, and keeping a regional presence.
This is vital not just to safeguard and strengthen equality in the UK but also to protect the jobs of PCS members working at EHRC.
Vote for a campaign by the 38 Degrees website
In May workers at the commission staged a series of short strikes against proposed cuts.
