To all PCS north west branch secretaries

As AGM season has now drawn to a close, I am looking to update our contact details database for the branches within the PCS north west region.

Therefore could you please fill out the form in as much detail as possible and return it to NWRC at the earliest opportunity. I would appreciate it if any branches with no changes to their details also provided a return to that effect.
