PCS negotiates all conditions of employment for staff working in NOMS and deals with all policies and procedures that govern how we work including training and development. PCS believes that all staff should have adequate and proper training to do their job correctly and safely.
We engage not only with NOMS management, but also with outside bodies who have an interest in the justice sector and general learning, training and development. These include Skills for Justice, the sector skills council for the Justice Sector.
