• You can call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
• You can get advice about any legal matter (apart from employment issues or personal injury), including family issues, neighbour disputes, consumer law, criminal law and probate
• Your spouse, partner and dependent children can also use the helpline
• There is no limit on the number of times you can call
