Legal Advice on Problems at Work - Employment Law Scheme

As well as employing a fully qualified solicitor PCS uses Thompsons Solicitors to ensure that members and union representatives have quick access to expert advice.

The employment law scheme sets out the procedure which Reps should follow when accessing legal advice for members and provides guidance on what needs to be done where a bargaining unit considers legal representation is required.

Please note if you are a PCS member and have an enquiry please contact your local rep or your regional representative in the first instance. If you do not know who your local rep is please call 020 7924 2727 for assistance.
