Using iMembership is just one way in which your records can be updated. Our membership records department can deal with all types of enquires regarding changes to the data we hold.

When making contact please quote your PCS membership number. If you don't have your membership number then please give your national insurance number.

Problems or issues with iMembership should be reported using the online Report It! function that’s available in the main navigation panel in iMembership. You can also email direct at reportit@pcs.org.uk
