PCS has taken a number of steps to improve the guidance, support and access to legal advice on employment matters necessary to give the best individual representation to members.
We recommend that the form PC1 is used in all personal cases.
Quick access to expert legal advice for you and your representative on employment maters is obtained through the PCS employment law scheme.
PCS has a number of nominated reps and full time officers who have access to quick legal advice by telephone from Thompsons Solicitors.
The majority of personal cases, however, do not require detailed legal advice, so we have provided a range of detailed resources for PCS reps to understand the law and represent members.
