Oracle is the Revenue and Customs Group magazine. It is published ten times a year, and is distributed to over 80,000 members of the group. It has an elected editorial board which oversees the production and content of the magazine. The magazine positively welcomes contributions to the letters page, and contributions should be sent to the editor at: coline@pcs.org.uk
