RAF Kinloss MOD cuts a catastrophe

In response to the announcement that RAF Kinloss will bear the brunt of MOD cuts, speaking on STV news, Dougie Brownlie, PCS MOD GEC member brandished the cuts a catastrophe.
He said “20,000 MOD civilian jobs have been lost in the last five years. Our union believes that the department cannot bear the brunt of any more cuts – it has already been cut to the bone.”
