Equality

The regional committee sees its key role as informing and supporting branch equality officers to enable them to encourage greater involvement of under represented groups in the workplace by raising awareness of equality and diversity issues at work and in the community.

We aim to do that by providing information to equality officers and by arranging training courses and seminars to keep them abreast of PCS policy and legislative change.
