Support suspended UCU members at Coleg Harlech - UPDATE

We are pleased to report that the suspensions have now been lifted with immediate effect, the threat of disciplinary action has been removed and the back pay owing to the staff will be paid by the College. Peter, Craig and Ray have asked that their thanks be passed on to all members of PCS and other unions who supported them.
Magnificent support for 'N30' strike in Wales

The 'N30' strike attracted magnificent support from PCS members and reps across Wales, as well as from colleagues from more than 20 other public sector unions. Workplaces across Wales were shut down and thousands took part in marches and rallies.
Public leafleting for pensions campaign on 19th November

On Saturday, 19th November, Wales TUC area campaign co-ordinators are organising public leafleting sessions in town and city centres around Wales in support of the Pensions Justice campaign and the public sector day of action on 'N30'. Please go along and help out if you can.

To mark the UN International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, this year's PCS Wales Women's Seminar will take place between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm on Friday 25 November 2011. The venue will be the Conference Suite/Ground Floor at the PCS Wales Regional Office which is now based at Transport House, 1 Cathedral Road, Cardiff CF11 9SD.
