BBC 'Politics Show' highlights attacks on jobcentre staff

The Welsh news section of the programme included an item relating to the information that there have been 2,345 recorded incidents of abuse against Jobcentreplus (JCP) staff in Wales over the last three years, including 41 incidents of physical violence.
PCS Wales vice-chair, John Waters, commented on the experience of JCP staff in the programme, which can be viewed online (but only for the next seven days). The relevant item begins almost half an hour into the programme.
