Rotherham Love Music Hate Racism Indoor Carnival

Saturday September 6 at the Magna Centre, Rotherham, South Yorkshire.

Free afternoon event will be open 3pm to 5pm. Headline bands from 7pm.

Opening rally at 3pm - followed by debate & discussion in workshops.

Speakers include: Derek Simpson, Joint General Secretary UNITE the trade union; John Healey MP; Denis MacShane MP; Agnes Grunwald-Spier, Holocaust survivor; Chair: John Campbell, Yorkshire and the Humber Unite Against Fascism

Join the weekend of action in the Brinsworth and Catcliffe ward

Saturday 13th September and Sunday 14th September.

Following the Love Music Hate Racism carnival in September Rotherham UAF has called a weekend of anti fascist leafleting of the Brinsworth and Catcliffe ward - where the BNP won a councillor in May 2008 - to encourage local people to join the campaign to isolate and defeat the BNP.

Assembling at 11am on both days outside the Three Magpies Pub, Bonnet Lane, Brinsworth, Rotherham, S60 5NF.
