Dear PCS Member,
In recent months, PCS Credit Union and 1st Class Credit Union have been working tirelessly to merge both credit unions into the one ‘1 st Class Credit Union’.
At 1st Class Credit Union our aim is to provide each member with the opportunity to save safely and securely as well as having access to ethical and affordable lending. We have been in operation for over 26 years providing our members with a 1 st Class service. We are looking forward to welcoming you all into the 1st Class Credit Union family.
In the next few weeks we are hoping to have full approval of the merger from our regulators; Prudential Regulation Authority and the Financial Conduct Authority. Once we receive confirmation of the approval, all PCS Credit Union members will be informed.
Following the approval, we will import all your details held by PCS Credit Union into our system therefore you will not need to do anything. Should we need to contact you after the migration we will contact you by email or post.
In the meantime, please feel free to visit our website at www.1stclasscu.co.uk
to find out more about 1 st Class Credit Union and the services we provide. You will be able to register for full access to
your account online once the merge has taken place.
Yours in Cooperation
Andrew Wright CEO 1 st Class CU

Withdrawals from members' accounts can take up to 4 days to reach bank accounts as previously notified to all members.
If withdrawals are made on Thursday or Friday, the 2 weekend days do not count in that 4 day cycle.
