Delivering an end to low pay in DWP

On 12th May PCS members from across the UK attended the TUC’s new deal for working people march and rally. The event was for everyone and members brought along their family, friends and colleagues, Following the march a Rally was held where speakers and those who were on the march showed this government their determination to achieve a decent pay rise that will make a difference to everyone’s lives. You can see more about the march and rally on the PCS website and Facebook pages.

Together we can win

We have also included in this issue articles which cover key parts of the department including AO’s in Jobcentres, Working Age Directorate and Digital. Members in Walsall show how standing together gets results and we bring you the shortened annual report which explains what the GEC has been doing over the last year.

With the national campaign stepping up we all have a part to play in DWP. Ensuring that you can be a part of PCS whether it is voting in the elections or making sure your contact details are correct is vital.
