The Rural Payments Agency has announced a recruitment campaign to reduce the dependency that the RPA has on temporary workers employed through the Brook Street employment agency.

The Natural England pay award has now been published.
Members will be acutely aware of the pressure being put on them and their colleagues, especially with EU Exit work, and the discrepancies between pay in Natural England and other areas that fall under Defra. The 1.5% headline figure set out by the employer masks that it is not fully consolidated for all.
Defra has now published the 2018 pay offer which we have rejected.
