PCS in English Heritage

PCS has successfully worked to protect terms and conditions, including preventing maternity leave being reduced, protecting full sick pay, improving disciplinary and grievance policies, protecting pay allowances, supporting Equal Pay awards, and gaining continuous employment rights for seasonal staff and access to pension and sick benefits.

PCS is currently campaigning on health and safety for office and properties staff, including lone working, security and the supply of uniform and personal protective equipment for properties staff.

PCS will be consulted on any changes within the organisation, including the New Model
