This 3 day course will help you to find out about your role as a health & safety (H&S) representative, practice the skills you need as a H&S representative and assist members. It will also help you develop your confidence to represent your members effectively, understand your employer’s key responsibilities for H&S at work and see how you fit into the PCS branch organisation.
