The word ‘dementia’ describes a set of symptoms that may include memory loss and difficulties with thinking, problem-solving or language.  Delirium is a more abrupt confusion, emerging over days or weeks, and represents a sudden change from the person’s previous state.

This session covers the impact on individuals and those around them, along with what support is available.
