PCS members in OCS are striking over pay, terms and conditions. The strike dates will be 13-15 and 20-22 April. You can donate to the strike fund here.
PCS members working from OCS who deliver vital security services on the HMCTS contract are set to strike for six days in April in a dispute over pay. It’s shameful that outsourcing giant OCS continues to pay the national minimum wage to staff responsible for the safety of everyone attending HMCTS premises. They have tabled an insulting offer of 1.5% which equates to just 13p per hour. You can donate to the strike fund using the details below.
We served notice of the strike on 30 March in a move which followed a successful industrial action ballot of members with a 91% mandate in favour of strike action over pay.
