NCA Pay Review Body

When the NCA was established under the 2013 Crime and Courts Act, the right to take industrial action was withdrawn from NCA Officers with powers.

As a consequence the NCA Pay Review Body was established to deal with the issue of pay and allowances for those staff with powers.

The Review Body works by taking evidence from relevant parties (NCA management, the Home Office, PCS and the other recognised unions in the NCA), reviewing that evidence, and then arriving at conclusions.

Any recommendations the Review Body makes must stick to government pay policy, which currently means they are subject to the 1% limit imposed across the civil service.
