Motions online goes live 31 January

Branches will be able to submit motions for group conferences and national conference online using PCS Digital.

PCS is holding our national conference and group conferences on-line again this year.  To ensure that your branch can participate in the conferences every branch officer must register on PCS Digital.

All motions for national and group conferences must be submitted using the motions on-line process in PCS Digital.  The on-line motions submission process is the same as for last year. Motions should be no more than 500 words and two branch officers are needed to submit a motion. You can submit motions via PCS Digital using a tablet, smartphone or PC/laptop.

Deadlines

Motions online will go live for the submission of motions at 10am on Monday 31 January and will close at 5pm on Thursday 10 March 2022.

Motions online will go live for the submission of emergency motions (EM) and references back (RB) at 10am on Tuesday 19 April. The deadline for the receipt of EMs and RBs will be Friday 20 May at 3pm.

We would recommend that you submit your motions in good time to ensure there is enough time to resolve any issues that may arise. Any submissions received after the published deadline will be considered as received late and disregarded.
