PCS ballot on improved OCS pay offer is open
PCS is currently balloting all OCS members employed as security officers on the HMCTS security contract on an improved pay offer that not only improves pay but also terms and conditions. OCS tabled the improved offer following a successful industrial action ballot of PCS OCS members earlier this year. PCS recommends voting yes to the offer.
The ballot is conducted using electronic voting. Members will receive notices to their personal email address held by PCS directly from the independent scrutineers.
Members that have not provided PCS with a personal email address will be sent a ballot paper to their postal address and should allow until Wednesday, 28 April to receive the original before requesting a replacement.
Replacement ballot papers
To apply for a replacement ballot paper email email@example.com. You must include either your PCS membership number or your national insurance number along with your personal email address. The cut-off date for requesting a replacement is noon on Friday, 30 April.
Join PCS to have your say on pay
To have your say on the pay offer and vote in the ballot you must join PCS by noon on Thursday, 29 April.
Make sure you vote either electronically, or have returned your ballot paper in the post to be received by no later than noon on Thursday, 6 May.
